3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes or estimates provided through our Website, over the phone, or during an in-person consultation are based on the information available at the time.
Final project pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

We will communicate any adjustments before additional work is performed.
4. Appointments & Consultations
Consultations and appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, project overruns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
5. Payments
Payment terms for renovation projects will be outlined in the project agreement or contract provided before work begins.
Payments may include:

• Final payment upon project completion
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit, e-transfer, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
Deposits & Refunds
Due to scheduling, labor allocation, and material procurement, project deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
If a chargeback is initiated after work has begun or materials have been purchased, it may be considered a breach of contract and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and any associated costs.
6. Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.
Warranty coverage may include:
• Manufacturer warranties for materials, fixtures, or products
• Workmanship warranties as outlined in the project agreement
Warranty coverage may become void if:
• Work is altered or repaired by another contractor
• Recommended maintenance is not performed
• Damage results from misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental factors beyond our control
7. Limitation of Liability
Xpert Build & Reno strives to deliver high-quality work on every project. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services
• Delays caused by factors outside our control such as weather, supplier shortages, or unforeseen structural issues
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.
